Tea cookies with chocolate

Can’t think of a better way to wait for Christmas than with delicious pastries dipped in chocolate in the form of stars, bells, snowmen … Give free rein to the imagination!

Since the students of Via Magna prepared these cookies, we can’t wait for the coffee time to taste them.

BASIC DOUGH TEA COOKIES

Ingredients (20 servings):

  • 500 gr. butter (room temperature)
  • Salt
  • Vanilla
  • 500 powdered sugar
  • 1000 gr. flour
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)

Preparation:

Put the cream butter in the machine. Add sugar and eggs. Pour the flour sifted through a sieve. Finally, add salt and vanilla.

Mix until a dough.

Put baking paper on an oven tray and put the dough into the desired shapes.

Preheat oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

CHOCOLATE DECORATION

When cookies are cool, temperate 1000 gr. of chocolate fondant 67% and pour on cookies as you like.

ALMOND SQUARES

In this case, the ingredients are:

  • 375 gr. butter
  • 500 gr. de granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • Lemon rind
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 700 gr. flour
  • 500 gr. almonds
