Gastronomy Documentary – El Bulli, last Waltz
The documentary “El Bulli, last waltz” was filmed during the last service of the famous restaurant of Ferran Adrià, on July 30, 2011, and gives a detailed account of the latest hours of El Bulli as a restaurant.
Last October, the documentary was premiered at the Catalan television and we got the Spanish version at RTVE on Friday January 20.
