- Flour
- Honey
- Lemon
- Salt and oil
Directions
- Cut the tenderloin in portions and salt them.
- Squeeze lemon and mix with honey until dissolved.
- Let macerate the meat in the honey and lemon for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Subtly coat meat in flour and finally fry.
